Anxiety sucks.

It can turn normal, everyday, things, into a life-or-death scenario in your brain. I’m not exaggerating.

I don’t mean these are things that make me a little worried — I mean these are things that make me panic or catastrophize or second-guess myself, or a combination of all of the above.

Examples of 6 everyday things that my brain can turn into fight-or-flight issues:

  1. Answering the phone
  2. Answering the door
  3. Planning on going out
  4. Going on a walk
  5. People saying hello to me as I walk
  6. Sitting in my living-room doing nothing

…If you have Anxiety, I want you to know that you rock. Even when you don’t feel like it.
