As someone with both Dyscalculia and Anxiety, the whole 'number of claps' thing freaks me the hell out - like... if someone claps for my comment, should I give the same number to their reply? If I don't, will they think I'm rude? If they think I'm rude, will they not talk to me anymore? If I leave more claps than they did, will they think I'm desparate? Should I leave less claps according to the quality of the article? Or is that mean? Is it OK to leave an odd number of claps? Have I left more claps than the story is 'worth'? Did I leave a different number of claps than I thought I did because my brain mis-read the numbers? (Anxiety spirals are so much fun!)
