The number one issue I have is the glitches - please, if you do nothing else, fix the glitches! - but I also think something needs to be done about monetising external traffic.

I've had one of my best months ever in terms of views and reads, but my earnings are down - because a lot of those stats are coming from external traffic. It just... it's disheartening, to pour your heart - and get readers! - only to see your earnings go down.
