I get what you mean - Communist country prisons are Bad with a capital 'B.' But you won't find ANY prisons which are like 5-star hotels (or any-star hotels, for that matter,) so I feel like the analogy isn't helpful - it only serves to perpetuate the idea that prisons are 'too soft' which leads to inhumane treatment and conditions.
