— Thoughts on episode 2 of Loki

Episode 2 of Loki was pretty cool!

(Yes, I’m an episode behind. #DealWithIt)

This is still a SPOILER-free zone, but if a plot-point/aspect shows up in a trailer (like in the trailer released earlier this week, for example,) I’ve decided to treat it as no longer a SPOILER — so consider this your blanket warning. 😎

Loki working at the TVA office continues to be me in any given situation.

Like… I thought of the thing I would do, and then he did it. #TruthRightThere

(I would like to reassure the class that I did not act like this in my office job… much. I was a lot more subtle about how much I hated every single moment.)

Should I be concerned that my reaction to the weird-a** clock-lady is exactly Loki’s? Maybe. Do I care? Not really.

She’s irritating in a way that must be swiped at simply for the satisfaction of it.

(…See? He is me in this situation! Is Tom Hiddleston spying on me for research? Cos Tom, if you’re in here — you can totally announce yourself! I’m A-OK with that! 😅)

Oh, and Marvel? I’m more than familiar with existential crises.

I have, on average, two full-blown existential crises per week. (And yes, that’s as exhausting as it sounds.)

Please, for the love of any God there may be, STOP GIVING ME AMMO FOR MORE.

I do not need the level of nature-of-reality f**kery going on here. It makes me slightly nauseous. K? Thanks.
