Sometimes you can’t put your finger on why a social media account is making you uncomfortable, but it is.

They appear entirely innocent, but you feel kinda… off about them.

It’s 100% OK to block those people.

It’s OK. Even if it turns out you *were* over-reacting: who cares?

Even if it turns out that that account was 100% normal and legit — would you have been happy if you didn’t block them?

If you wouldn’t, you did the right thing.

And if you were wrong about them? They’ll get over it.

You don’t owe anyone anything.

And I know we all hate being blocked (on the whole,) — but we shouldn’t.

Cos it’s not actually as personal as we all think it is.

And if you change your mind, you can always unblock them again afterwards.

Take care of you and your online boundaries. That’s what matters.
