It's impossible to know what to think in cases like this - where both alleged abuse against the other, and both had evidence against the other.
Black stars are definitely at a disadvantage (as compared to white actors,) when it comes to their careers after conviction/allegations, though.
I don't have the answers for where the line lies and what the studios should or should not do, but public opinion (and the money it brings with it,) is a lot of the decision-making process - and when the public are less inclined, generally, to give Black stars the benefit of the doubt (because racism,) the studios will follow suit.
