I've found it harder to promo Medium stories on Twitter than my personal blog links - but that might be because my blogging audience is more firmly established there.

Still, using #MondayBlogs (where you share blogposts - including Medium posts - on a Monday, and read and RT others,) and #Medium and #MediumWriters work fairly well.
