My Highest-Earning Medium Story in December 2023
December wasn’t quite as big-earning, partner program-wise, as November was — coming in at just over $20 to end the year.
…But considering I didn’t post much, December is usually a slump in the blogging-world (both Medium and ‘traditional’ blogging,) and my offline commitments and responsibilities are stressful AF right now (2023 sucked in my personal life —family illnesses, etc.) I’m actually more than happy.
I had worried that there’d be a more severe slump, after my November boost, but enough of that boost magic held out to keep the numbers healthy. (I know a bunch of people earn way more than that, but this was a good month for me, so don’t harsh my vibe, m’k?)
My highest-earning post was that boosted story from November — a poem called ‘Paths’:
…which in December earned me over $5 by itself! :)
I also got £12 (about $15, at time of writing,) from my ko-fi!
Pretty sure it came from one of my Twitter links — I should probably stop counting my ko-fi income with my Medium earnings… but I’m grateful regardless!
