My Highest-Earning Medium Story in July 2024
Less earnings, still smiling (…kind of,) and you still love poetry!

I earned a lot less on Medium in July than I did in June — but I was expecting that.
See, June was a month where I had a boosted post, and earned the most I have ever earned in one month on Medium.
So while I always hope for the best, I knew that there was a good chance July’s earnings would be significantly less — which they were.
In July 2024, I earned a few cents over $24 on Medium.
(Which is roughly $16 when you take off the 30% international tax, and currently converts to roughly £12 in money I can actually use. Which won’t buy me much, not gonna lie, but will buy me more than what some months have brought!)
That’s more than I earned in May, so I’m taking it as a win!
Baby steps are what matters, because sometimes even stasis is progress
Also my mental health has been not-so-great this month so the biggest effing victory of all is that I Just. Kept. Going.
