Online Writing Setbacks

…I’m trying to just keep going.

Warning: refs. to death & bereavement

I’ve had more than a few setbacks in my life over the last few years — the low earnings from writing online doesn’t even make my top 50.

Still, it’s irritating to once again find myself at low numbers that I thought I’d left behind.

BUT — I made more on certain platforms than I did last month. While in March I came in at just under $2, in April I made $2.50. Which is an improvement — and that’s what matters! (Lol.)

(It is quite frankly ridiculous that I’m having to avoid naming not-small but not-large writing platforms who dost disliketh if thou speakest their name in a piece of content, in case what thou writeth is a form of criticism against thine rightful over-seers whilst thou scrambles amongst the dirt with thine fellow mediaeval surfs. To name them thus would be to potentially forfeit thine tiny piece of coin. Capitalism, my comrades, ensures that the house will always win. Perhaps we requireth a not-large but not-small union.)
