Reminder: Be Kind To Yourself
You deserve to give yourself some slack — whether you feel like it or not.
Life is hard.
And we’ve all been through so much in the last 18 months or so.
And I’m so proud of you — all of you — for holding on, no matter how shaky that holding on was.
You’re strong — even when you don’t feel like you are.
Be kind to yourself. Cut yourself some slack. You’re amazing.
