The short version of it is that we’re not saying that everything is exactly the same, and did see some lowered earnings even after the accounts had been shut down due to a small number of member accounts that had been generating inhuman levels of activity. We are taking steps to mitigate the impact of this on non-fraudulent writers like yourself, and have recently released a fix that should improve things. But it’s an ongoing effort and we’re continuing to monitor all of this and can share more as we learn more ourselves.
