This doesn't seem to be true - I'm yet to see/hear anyone saying that their earnings are back to normal. Everyone seems to think there's still something wrong - and I 100% agree. - Cee R.

Some writers may have seen earnings dip temporarily from around the end of September through the first week of October, but, if impacted, earnings should have returned to normal now. Now that we’ve identified and recovered from this incident, we will be re-distributing lost earning…
